Once again we will be supporting The Cara Program by collecting business clothes before the meeting, so rule of thumb is, if you haven’t worn it in 6 months it’s time to let it go!  Go through your suits, ties, dresses, blouses, purses, etc. and bring them with on November 16th!

Domestic short term assignments (DSTAs) are being used more frequently by corporations in order to mitigate economic, real estate and personal uncertainty that is inherent to many permanent transfers.  This interactive session will provide an overview of the policy and framework considerations involved in designing DSTA programs, including a discussion of common industry practices, obstacles and compliance challenges.  Our corporate experts will provide a first hand account of successful DSTA policies and programs, and discuss possible DSTA program obstacles and setbacks.  Attendees will also have the opportunity to ask questions and share their own DSTA experience.
