Koenig & Strey Real Living is seeking a Relocation Coordinator to monitor and develop leads, determine placement and provide follow up to ensure superior client experience and increase client capture rate from the company Web site and other Businesses. This position acts as a referral source for sales agents, assists with management, design and development of internet lead programs and may provide general administrative support for the department.
Qualifications
Education:
• Two year college degree in business or related field or equivalent knowledge and experience.
CRP or Relocation experience helpful
Experience:
• Two or more years experience in customer service, real estate or relocation.
Knowledge and Skills:
• Advanced computer skills including database management, proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite products, internet and e-mail applications.
• Effective verbal and written communication skill, strong interpersonal skills and a customer focus.
• Detail oriented, problem analysis and resolution skill and the ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks concurrently.
Other (licenses, certifications, schedule flexibility/OT, travel, etc.):
• Real estate license may be required.
• Work schedule may include evening and weekend hours.
