&lt;p style="LINE-HEIGHT: 10.5pt; MARGIN: 0in 0in 0pt"&gt;&lt;font color="#000000" size="1"&gt;&lt;span style="FONT-FAMILY: 'Arial','sans-serif'; FONT-SIZE: 8pt"&gt;Provide Single Point of Contact Employee Relocation Management Services to relocating employees to ensure that seamless service is provided to both clients and transferring employees. Responsibilities include counseling employees on the applicable relocation program and benefits, adherence to profit/loss control guidelines established within the relocation program and attain pre-established service levels. Provide support and back-up to the Manager/Director, Relocation Services and other teams as requested.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/font&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

  &lt;li&gt;&lt;font color="#000000" size="1"&gt;&lt;span style="FONT-FAMILY: 'Arial','sans-serif'; FONT-SIZE: 8pt"&gt;Ability to quickly establish credibility both internally and extenally as a professional whose experience and knowledge can be depended upon to produce sound advice and well documented decisions.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/font&gt;&lt;/li&gt;

  &lt;li&gt;&lt;font color="#000000" size="1"&gt;&lt;span style="FONT-FAMILY: 'Arial','sans-serif'; FONT-SIZE: 8pt"&gt;Strong human relations and interpersonal skills to develop/maintain working relationships with persons outside of your direct control, including clients, suppliers and associates. Includes superior ability to communicate - orally, in writing, in person.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/font&gt;&lt;/li&gt;

  &lt;li&gt;&lt;font color="#000000" size="1"&gt;&lt;span style="FONT-FAMILY: 'Arial','sans-serif'; FONT-SIZE: 8pt"&gt;Strong planning and time management skills to work independently, handle multiple priorities, provide for timely follow up and make decisions with limited supervision; manage job functions while maintaining client and other Paragon relationships.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/font&gt;&lt;/li&gt;

  &lt;li&gt;&lt;font color="#000000" size="1"&gt;&lt;span style="FONT-FAMILY: 'Arial','sans-serif'; FONT-SIZE: 8pt"&gt;Detail oriented to insure that error free documents go out to transferees, clients and suppliers; accurate processing of benefits administration and reimbursements, and that cost control guidelines are strictly followed.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/font&gt;&lt;/li&gt;

  &lt;li&gt;&lt;font color="#000000" size="1"&gt;&lt;span style="FONT-FAMILY: 'Arial','sans-serif'; FONT-SIZE: 8pt"&gt;Creativity and flexibility to either anticipate or solve client/transferee problems and to effectively respond to needs.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/font&gt;&lt;/li&gt;

  &lt;li&gt;&lt;font color="#000000" size="1"&gt;&lt;span style="FONT-FAMILY: 'Arial','sans-serif'; FONT-SIZE: 8pt"&gt;Successfully interface with and manage suppliers that are deemed necessary to the relocation process.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/font&gt;&lt;/li&gt;

  &lt;li&gt;&lt;font color="#000000" size="1"&gt;&lt;span style="FONT-FAMILY: 'Arial','sans-serif'; FONT-SIZE: 8pt"&gt;Must become proficient on Windows &amp;amp; WordPerfect,&amp;nbsp;current expense tracking system and other identified software programs.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/font&gt;&lt;/li&gt;

  &lt;li&gt;&lt;font color="#000000" size="1"&gt;&lt;span style="FONT-FAMILY: 'Arial','sans-serif'; FONT-SIZE: 8pt"&gt;Must become knowledgeable on relocation tax issues.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/font&gt;&lt;/li&gt;

  &lt;li&gt;&lt;font color="#000000"&gt;&lt;font size="1"&gt;&lt;span style="FONT-FAMILY: 'Arial','sans-serif'; FONT-SIZE: 8pt"&gt;Client service and retention:&lt;/span&gt; &lt;font color="#000000" face="Arial"&gt;&lt;span style="FONT-FAMILY: 'Arial','sans-serif'; COLOR: #111144; FONT-SIZE: 8pt"&gt;Provide Employee Relocation Management Services to transferring employees that are within approved policies and procedures while adhering to cost delines. Obtain and maintain established client and transferring employee service satisfaction levels.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/font&gt;&lt;/font&gt;&lt;/font&gt;&lt;/li&gt;

  &lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="FONT-FAMILY: 'Arial','sans-serif'; COLOR: #111144; FONT-SIZE: 8pt"&gt;&lt;font color="#000000"&gt;&lt;font size="1"&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;span style="FONT-FAMILY: 'Arial','sans-serif'; FONT-SIZE: 8pt"&gt;Cost Control:&lt;/span&gt; &lt;span style="FONT-FAMILY: 'Arial','sans-serif'; FONT-SIZE: 8pt"&gt;Maintain strict adherence to cost guidelines established within the relocation program as it relates to policy exceptions and homesale inventory. Also includes tracking of reimbursements to ensure accurate and timely payments to the employee.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/font&gt;&lt;/font&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;

  &lt;li&gt;&lt;font color="#000000" size="1"&gt;&lt;span style="FONT-FAMILY: 'Arial','sans-serif'; FONT-SIZE: 8pt"&gt;Internal Relations: Work with field and corporate managers, human resource personnel, accounts payable and payroll in defining policy needs, eligibility criteria, providing regular follow-up on all relocations in-process and directing the process flow for policy exceptions.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/font&gt;&lt;/li&gt;

  &lt;li&gt;&lt;font color="#000000"&gt;&lt;font size="1"&gt;&lt;span style="FONT-FAMILY: 'Arial','sans-serif'; FONT-SIZE: 8pt"&gt;Client Reporting:&lt;/span&gt; &lt;font face="Arial"&gt;&lt;span style="FONT-FAMILY: 'Arial','sans-serif'; FONT-SIZE: 8pt"&gt;Assist Manager/Director Relocation Services with preparation of client reports, evaluations and reviews as may be requested. Participate in annual goal setting meetings and reviews as requested.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/font&gt;&lt;/font&gt;&lt;/font&gt;&lt;/li&gt;

  &lt;li&gt;&lt;font color="#000000"&gt;&lt;font size="1"&gt;&lt;span style="FONT-FAMILY: 'Arial','sans-serif'; FONT-SIZE: 8pt"&gt;Employee relocation benefits counseling&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="FONT-FAMILY: 'Arial','sans-serif'; FONT-SIZE: 8pt"&gt;: Implement various relocation policies to ensure that transferring employees, their managers and other end-users understand the applicable policy, and the ramifications the policy has on an employee's relocation. This includes timely entering of information into the client's information tracking system to insure client billing is accurate and timely.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/font&gt;&lt;/font&gt;&lt;/li&gt;

  &lt;li&gt;&lt;font color="#000000"&gt;&lt;font size="1"&gt;&lt;span style="FONT-FAMILY: 'Arial','sans-serif'; FONT-SIZE: 8pt"&gt;Home marketing, homefinding, rental assistance and temporary accommodation services:&lt;/span&gt; &lt;font face="Arial"&gt;&lt;span style="FONT-FAMILY: 'Arial','sans-serif'; FONT-SIZE: 8pt"&gt;Sell these consulting services to transferring employees and obtain pre-established conversion ratios as set by Paragon and our clients.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/font&gt;&lt;/font&gt;&lt;/font&gt;&lt;/li&gt;

  &lt;li&gt;&lt;font color="#000000"&gt;&lt;font size="1"&gt;&lt;span style="FONT-FAMILY: 'Arial','sans-serif'; FONT-SIZE: 8pt"&gt;Homesale;&lt;/span&gt; &lt;font face="Arial"&gt;&lt;span style="FONT-FAMILY: 'Arial','sans-serif'; FONT-SIZE: 8pt"&gt;obtain appraisals, reports, etc. on employee homes to facilitate a sale of property. Assist transferring employees with listing, negotiating, sale and close of homes.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/font&gt;&lt;/font&gt;&lt;/font&gt;&lt;/li&gt;

  &lt;li&gt;&lt;font color="#000000"&gt;&lt;font size="1"&gt;&lt;span style="FONT-FAMILY: 'Arial','sans-serif'; FONT-SIZE: 8pt"&gt;If applicable, provide and/or manage other consulting services&lt;/span&gt; &lt;font face="Arial"&gt;&lt;span style="FONT-FAMILY: 'Arial','sans-serif'; FONT-SIZE: 8pt"&gt;including but not limited to: mortgage, travel, spouse counseling/move transition; pre-purchase home inspections, etc&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/font&gt;&lt;/font&gt;&lt;/font&gt;&lt;/li&gt;

  &lt;li&gt;&lt;font color="#000000"&gt;&lt;font size="1"&gt;&lt;span style="FONT-FAMILY: 'Arial','sans-serif'; FONT-SIZE: 8pt"&gt;Maintain business relationships with suppliers&lt;/span&gt; &lt;font face="Arial"&gt;&lt;span style="FONT-FAMILY: 'Arial','sans-serif'; FONT-SIZE: 8pt"&gt;to ensure effective delivery of services including third-party homesale services, transportation of household goods, and/or employee and family transition services. Includes providing managers with information to be able to accurately and quickly provide clients with an on-going analysis of performance for each supplier, if requested.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/font&gt;&lt;/font&gt;&lt;/font&gt;&lt;/li&gt;

  &lt;li&gt;
    &lt;p&gt;&lt;font color="#000000" size="1"&gt;&lt;span style="FONT-FAMILY: 'Arial','sans-serif'; FONT-SIZE: 8pt"&gt;Manage relationships with suppliers providing ERMS services including participa&amp;shy;tion in training and reviews, if requested.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/font&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
